Tasting Note
This well-structured expression of Sangiovese offers a generous length and fine balance indicating that it will continue to mature in cellar through 2035. At this point in its evolution, its expressive aromas reference sandalwood, cherry, plum and dried sage. Firm, fine-grained tannins house a fruit led mid-palate with flavours of strawberry tea, cranberry and cherry, while notes of oak spice and cured meat weave throughout the finish.
