Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to a Wilco Fine Wine Bundle Subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Delivery
- Age & Residency: You must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Ontario. An adult (19+) must be present to sign for and receive the delivery.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled between the 1st and 15th of each month. If no one is available to receive the delivery a new delivery time will be scheduled but it may not be by the 15th of the month. Customers receiving delivery by Canada post will be directed to pick up missed deliveries at their nearest post office.
- Shipping Fees: Delivery fees for addresses outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are calculated at checkout.
2. Billing & Charges
- Your credit card will be charge by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited the 1st of the month* following the completion of your subscription.
- All bundles will be scheduled for delivery between the 1st and 15th of the same month your credit card is charged.
- Active monthly subscription members are billed the 1st of each month* for that month’s delivery.

3. Cancellations, Pauses, & Changes
- Modifications: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month preceding your next scheduled delivery.
- To cancel or pause your membership, log into your account portal under “Manage Subscription” or email your request to info@wilcofinebeverage.com You may restart your subscription at any time via your account portal or by email request.
- Company Modifications: Wilco Fine Beverage Limited reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary or cancel subscriptions with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. If your shipment arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customer support within 10 business days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

5. Legal & Corporate Structure
- You are entering into this agreement directly with Wilco Fine Beverage Limited.
- Wilco Fine Beverage Limited reserves the right to assign or transfer this agreement, including customer account and payment authorization data, to a purchaser or successor of the business.
6. Privacy & Communications (CASL)
By subscribing, you consent to receive electronic communications, updates, and promotional offers from Wilco Fine Beverage Limited in compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
