If you haven’t had a chance to taste Lake Garda’s Gropello grape variety yet, think Pinot Noir with savoury red fruit and lighter tannins. The 2022 Sguardi di Terra Valtènesi Gropello is a light-bodied and refreshing organic red wine – the perfect way to welcome Spring weather. Its fragrant aroma is reminiscent of raspberry, strawberry and violet. Bright red berry notes continue through the palate, where they are met with an appealing hint of earthiness and a touch of herb.
