Tasting Notes
While most Proseccos are non-vintage, meaning they are made from grapes harvested in more than one year, this example of Rive della Chiesa Trevisio Prosecco Millesimato is made exclusively from grapes harvested in 2024. This mid-weight sparkling wine offers classic aromas of pear, melon, almond and white flowers. It is fresh and fruity with flavours of citrus, apple, pear and toasted almond that taper into a notable length. A wine for celebrations, pair with antipasti such as arancini, whipped ricotta flatbread or fried zucchini blossoms. Enjoy through 2026. Louise Wilson Cormier – Master of Wine July 2025.
