Tasting Notes
This cellar-worthy expression of Nebbiolo comes from the appellation of Colline Novaresi in Northern Piedmont. Its expressive bouquet offers classic aromas of red berry fruit, sandalwood, leather and rosemary. Firm tannins and refreshing acidity house mid-palate flavours of cherry, raspberry tea, cured meat and dried herb. While delicious now, especially paired with a dry-aged ribeye this wine will gain complexity with time in cellar. Enjoy through 2037. Louise Wilson Cormier – Master of Wine October 2025.
