Tasting Note
A generous wine with an aromatic bouquet of citrus, orchard fruit and baking spice. Layers of flavour emerge on the palate, evoking notes of peach, orange zest, grapefruit, and lime. A savoury, leesy character complements this juicy core, adding complexity. This well-balanced, medium to full-bodied wine, made from Calabria’s indigenous Mantonico grape variety, will appeal to those who enjoy cool-climate Chardonnay. Pair with flavoursome dishes such as parsley and garlic butter escargot, a caramelized onion galette or a stuffed eggplant. Serve now through the end of 2027.
