The 2024 Nizza Silvano Roero Arneis is the perfect match for seafood. Think ceviche, oysters with mignonette sauce or lemon-baked branzino. It offers a fresh bouquet with notes of lemon, lime, celery, peach and mineral. The palate is mid-weight; fruity but with a dry finish, layered with refreshing flavours of Meyer lemon, green apple, peach and honeydew melon.
