Tasting Note
With a deep ruby/purple hue and a liberal bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, mint and mocha, the 2021 Château des Romians is instantly likeable. The generous red and black fruit carries forth on the palate, balanced by just the right amount of supple tannin. This Bordeaux Supérieur offers excellent value and will remain in its peak drinking window though 2027. Match with spaghetti Bolognese, roasted lamb or black bean burgers.
