Tasting Note
This delightful sparkler was crafted from one of Piedmont’s local white wine gems, Arneis. A swirl releases welcoming aromas of mineral-kissed citrus and green apple fruit. Refreshing flavours of honeydew melon, apple, gooseberry and lime flow on the palate, trailing off into a juicy finish with a balancing hint of sweetness. It’s a treat paired with a weightier white fish such as halibut or enjoyed with spinach arancini or polenta stuffed yellow peppers. The beautiful label makes the Nizza Silvano Brut a stylish gift.
