For those who enjoy an expressive, fruit driven wine that is made without oak, the 2025 Valdejaros Rueda is one to discover. Made from Verdejo vines between 40 and 120 years old, this crisp and refreshing wine is a great choice for those who love Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. Inviting aromas of Meyer lemon, melon and honey transition into a flavourful, medium-bodied palate with notes of orange zest, lemon, lime and pear. Its finish is dry with a playful touch of minerality adding complexity. A delightful accompaniment to seafood and fish dishes, Caesar salad or ginger glazed pork. Enjoy now through 2028.
