Purchases
Wilco Fine Beverage does not sell alcohol directly. As a licensed agent in Ontario, Wilco Fine Beverage is permitted to facilitate the sale of alcohol to individuals and licensees through the LCBO on behalf of a manufacturer.
Wilco Fine Beverage only accepts orders for alcoholic beverages from individuals who are 19 years old or older. Alcoholic beverages purchased from Wilco Fine Beverage are only delivered in Ontario and can only be delivered to licensee holders or non-licensee holders in a residence or private place. Alcoholic beverages cannot be delivered to, or accepted by, anyone under 19 years of age or who is, or appears to be, intoxicated. Government-issued identification, which shows the customer’s photograph and date of birth, may be required. Alcoholic beverages delivered to non-licensee holders are for personal consumption only and are not for resale.
The price per bottle/case listed on the website includes the LCBO price and an agency fee. When applicable, the cost for delivery (including HST) and a refundable bottle deposit will be added at checkout. The LCBO price is also available upon request. Prices and product availability is subject to change.
Wilco Fine Beverage accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your credit card will be charged by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited.
Wilco Fine Beverage delivers via courier to most places in Ontario. We offer free shipping to customers in Toronto. For deliveries outside of Toronto, enter the postal code at checkout to see if delivery charges apply. When you sign up to receive our newsletter, new customers will receive a discount code for free shipping on their first order to any location to which we deliver in Ontario.
It is not possible to buy single bottles through this website. According to Ontario regulations, we are only permitted to offer wines and spirits by the case. However, you can choose from one of our pre-selected mixed cases.
Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.
Corked wine will be replaced or refunded within six months of delivery. You will need to retain the bottle, wine and cork, along with proof of purchase to receive a replacement bottle (or refund if a replacement is not available).
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us right away. A replacement (or a refund if a replacement is not available) will be provided within 14 days of delivery.
