Tasting Note
The Viñedos de Yaso Toro is made from a 5-hectare plot of Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines in Spain’s Castilla y León region. It offers a deep ruby purple hue and an appealing bouquet of plum, cherry, violet and freshly turned earth. Mid-palate flavours of blackberry, Black raspberry and cherry transition into gingerbread spice on the finish. With plenty of lip-smacking flavour, the Yaso Toro is a go-to bottle for burger night. 2025 – 2029. Louise Wilson Cormier – Master of Wine August 2025.
