This refreshing rosé is made from Piedmont’s prized Nebbiolo variety. Its bouquet is floral and fruity with highlights of strawberry, cherry and rose. The palate is fresh and bright, offering notes of cranberry raspberry and rhubarb with a dry finish. Pair with lighter dishes such as pan-seared ahi tuna or an apple, pecan and blue cheese salad.
