This mouthwatering Gamay rosé delights with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, violet and mineral. Its light to medium-bodied frame is filled with flavours of fresh strawberry, raspberry and red apple. It is well-balanced, with a memorable length, while its bright acidity makes it an excellent food wine. Enjoy with salmon sashimi, a spinach and strawberry salad or beet gazpacho.
