Tasting Note
The 2023 Atlantis Vermentino welcomes with aromas of melon, citrus, honeysuckle and mineral. On the palate, this juicy summer sipper offers flavours of lemon, lime, green apple and almond. Its long, refreshing finish makes this a delightful accompaniment for dishes such as chicken and apple slaw, shrimp tacos or lemon and herb baked tilapia.
