Made from an equal blend of Cannonau (Grenache) and a Sardinian indigenous variety, Pascale di Cagliari, this watermelon-hued wine offers abundant red berry fruit aromas and flavours. Notes of strawberry, raspberry and cherry crowd the palate, trailing into an intriguing citrus and mineral finish. This satisfying, mid-weight rosé is the perfect accompaniment for a fresh salmon and dill salad, bruschetta or fritto misto di mare.
