Tasting Note
Located in Pesquera de Duero, one kilometer from the Duero River on its north bank, winemaker Beatriz Arranz crafts this enticing Ribera del Duero from 100% estate-grown Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). With a deep ruby/purple hue and a generous bouquet, this classic wine offers blackberry, raspberry and plum aromas supported by hints of toasty oak spice and mocha. Notes of raspberry, strawberry and currant come to the forefront on the palate, offset by an appealing dash of dried herb. Both the judicious oak and the firm fine tannins are in harmony, creating an ideal drinking window of 2025 – 2030. A treat with a bone-in rib eye served with blue cheese butter.
