This rare example of Riesling from Piedmont displays the grape’s classic characteristic stone fruit, petrol and mineral aromas. Peach, apricot and green apple flavours follow on the palate well balanced by bright acidity. With an abundance of flavour this wine is a perfect choice to pair with intensley flavoured dishes such as prawn ans salmon Thai green curry. While this wine does have the capacity to mature in the cellar, who can resist enjoying it in the moment?
