Liquid Envy Wine Subscription

• I live in Ontario
• I am at least 19 years old. 
• My credit card will be charged by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited for my first bundle when I join the club. 
• For active monthly subscribers, my credit card will be billed by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited every month (between 1^st and 7^th ) for the wine bundle that will be delivered that month. 
• For active quarterly subscribers, my credit card will be billed by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited every quarter (between 1^st and 7^th of the first month of the quarter) for the wine bundle that will be delivered that month.
• I understand that first delivery attempts will take place between the 1^st and 15^th of each month. Someone 19 years or older must be available to receive the delivery. 
• I will receive my first delivery within 2 weeks of subscribing. 
• I can cancel or pause my subscription any time prior to 11:59 pm on the last day of the month prior to the delivery month. How to cancel? How to restart? 
• I understand that delivery charges for locations outside the GTA will be calculated on checkout. 
• I understand that all sales are final unless an order is broken or faulty in which case I must contact customer service within 10 business days of delivery for a replacement shipment or refund. 
• I understand that I am entering into this agreement with Wilco Fine Beverage Limited. 
• I understand that Wilco Fine Beverage Limited may assign or transfer this agreement, including my subscription information and payment authorization, to a purchaser or successor of our business.
• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Wilco Fine Beverage Limited in compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• I understand this agreement is subject to change by Wilco Fine Beverage Limited as necessary and my subscription can be cancelled by Wilco Fine Beverage with 30 days’ notice.
