Tasting Note
Made from Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera, this sunny rosé charms with a coral hue and aromas of strawberry, cherry and orange. A sip reveals its generous weight and layers of flavours. Look for notes of raspberry tea, watermelon and orange zest which trail into a notable length. It is a delightful match for bacon-wrapped scallops, BBQ salmon, or pan-fried pork gyoza.
